Connie Mae Ice, age 67 of Fairmont, WV, passed away on Tuesday, June 9, 2015 at the Tygart Center, Fairmont Campus in Fairmont, WV. She was born November 7, 1947 at Parkersburg, WV, a daughter of the late Carl E. Lutz and Frances M. Gorrell Lutz.

She is survived by her 3 daughters, Angie Long and husband Danny Long Jr. of Mannington, WV, Kim Montgomery and partner Jeanette Skidmore of Parkersburg, and Rachelle Wolford of Lima, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, Ashley Youngblood, Amanda Simons, Andrea Simons, Spencer Long, Evangeline Long, Ella Montgomery, Samantha, Maddie, Jessica and Nathan; 3 great-grandchildren, Max Zinn, Sophia Zinn and Landon Fitzpatrick; 2 sisters, Carla Lutz of Marietta, Ohio and Saritta Foutty of Belpre, Ohio; a nephew, Phillip Foutty and wife Rachel of Columbus, Ohio, and a niece, Jenny Lutz of Marietta, Ohio.

Connie worked at Dudley’s Florist in Parkersburg. She had resided in Salem for 5 years at Sunbridge Nursing Home. She was a Christian by Faith. She enjoyed playing Bingo, singing, music and gardening. Connie dearly loved her family and grandkids. She enjoyed making people laugh and always had a smile on her face. She was known for her beautiful nails and always wanted to keep her appearance nice.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, WV on Friday, June 12, 2015 from 5-7:00pm with a memorial service beginning at 7:00pm in the funeral home with Pastor Danny Long Jr. officiating.
