Donald Lee “Donnie” Lynch, age 73 of Flaggy Meadow, Mannington, WV, passed away on Monday, November 16, 2015 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center. He was born May 12, 1942 at Mannington, WV, a son of the late Albert Neal Lynch and Lucy Baker Lynch.

He is survived by his daughter, Misty Kay Scarberry of Fairmont; 2 sons, Jason Noah Lynch and wife Brigitte of Fairview and Jody Lee Lynch and wife Holly of Mannington; 6 grandchildren, Garrison Jacob Scarberry of Fairmont, Chase Andrew Scarberry of Fairmont, Autumn Lynch of Fairview, Noah Lynch of Fairview, Trystan Lynch of Mannington and Traelyn Lynch of Mannington; a sister, Janet and Harold Baker of Parkersburg; brother, Albert Neal and Karen Lynch of Mannington; an aunt, Violet Baker Mazza of Clarksburg of Mannington; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Donnie was preceded in death by his wife Janice Louise Lynch who died on April 21, 1995; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Homer Clair and Helen Bates; a long-time companion Lorrain Lake.

Donnie retired with 39 years of service with J&S Machine in Fairmont as a foreman and fabricator. He was a member of the “Woodcutters” helping clear the ground for the North Marion Football Field. He was member of the I.A.M. Union.

Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, WV on Thursday, November 19, 2015 from 3-9pm. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 11am with Pastor Dale Parrish officiating. Interment will be at the Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
