Patrick Allen Stout, 63, of Fairview, WV, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2014 at Fairmont General Hospital. He was born March 22, 1950 at Clarksburg, WV, a son of the late Ernest E. Stout and Irma Lou Ogden Stout.
Patrick is survived by his wife of 11 years, Mary Marteney Inghram Stout; a son, Roy Allen Stout and wife Treena of Fairview; a daughter, Gina McLeod of Garnet, Kansas; 2 step-daughters, Crystal Barr and husband Shannon of Fairview and Renae Tennant and husband Michael of Fairview; 8 grandchildren, Kelsey Stout, Mercedes McLeod, Ireland McLeod, Trey Haught, Tristan Haught, Sheridan Haught, Desiree Tennant and Broc Tennant; one brother, Michael Stout of PA; 3 sisters, Mary L. Stout and companion Randy of PA, Sherry Stout of PA, and Kathy A. Beers of PA; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Patrick was preceded in death by his first wife, Loretta A. Stout and two infant children.
Patrick was employed with Consolidated Coal Co. at Blacksville #2 for 39 years. He was a member of the UMWA and a Christian by faith. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends, playing harmonica, drawing and painting, outdoors and fishing and had a “green-thumb” and loved to work in the garden.

Family and Friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, WV on Thursday, February 6, 2014 from 4 - 7:00 p.m. with a funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. with Pastor Randy Vincent officiating. My deepest sympathies to the family. I will always have great memories of Pat drawing characters in the kitchen and wrestling with Roy Allen. He will always be remembered to me as being one of the hardest working people I have ever met. Rest in peace Pat you will be missed.
