Peggy Ruth Ford, age 85, of Marietta, OH passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at her residence. She was born August 8, 1930 in Mannington, WV a daughter of the late William E. Jones and Orene Ruth Barr Jones.
She is survived by 4 sons, Edward and Vicki Ford of Arnold, Missouri, Bob and Debbie Ford of Westminster, Maryland, William D. “Billy” Ford of Beaver, Pennsylvania and Gary and Tracie Ford of Marietta, Ohio; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; and one brother, John B. and Carol Sue Jones of Yuma, Arizona.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by her husband James E. Ford who died in February 2009.
Peggy was a member of the Beulah Baptist Church in Elizabeth, PA. She enjoyed reading and flower gardening.
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, WV on Saturday, December 26, 2015 from 11am-2pm with funeral services beginning at 2pm with Reverend Bill Bailey officiating.
