I worked with Bill for 2 to 3 years the last job he had before going to work for the DEP. Bill loved his wife and family more that anything. He was one of the most truthful and honest people I ever met. I would have trusted him with my life (in fact I did many times). I my thoughts and prayers go out to his family I know he will be greatly missed. I know I'll also miss him.

I work in the Office of Oil and Gas where Bill was employed. He was a hard worker and used common sense to tackle what ever obstacles he had in front of him. He always found a way to take care of issues in the counties he was assigned. He spoke often about his grand kids and his love of the outdoors. He will be truly missed and I send my deepest sympathy to all of the family.
