Clarence Albert “J.R.” Hall, Jr, age 76, of Farmington, passed away on Thursday, March 20, 2025. He was born October 30, 1948 in Beckley, WV to the late Clarence Albert Hall, Sr and Regina Vera Brock Hall.
Clarence was a veteran of the US Army. After serving in Vietnam, he met and married his Linda Rae Cremeens on July 24, 1971. He was employed at Federal #2 Mine for over 30 years. J.R. enjoyed woodworking, going camping, hunting and fishing.
Left to mourn his loss are his two sons, Michael Hall of Farmington and Jason (Angie) Hall of Bingamon, four grandchildren, Mikee Ann (Kenny) Hall, Christian Hall, Justin (Madlynn) O’Dell, Allison Hall and a great-granddaughter, Adalynn O'Dell.’Also surviving are his two sisters, Tricia Ford and Teresa Toothman, brother-in-law John (Joy) Foley and Edward Cremeens and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, J.R. was preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Linda, brother-in-law Robert Cremeens and sister-in-law Judy (Fred) Coburn.
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington on Sunday, March 23, 2025 from 4-8 pm where funeral services will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 11:00 am with Pastor Jason Marshall officiating. Burial will follow at the I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Enterprise.
