Ella Dawn Smith

Ella Dawn Stull Smith, age 86 and formerly of Mannington, WV who passed away September 20, 2024 in West Palm Beach, Florida. She was born April 5, 1948 at Gallagher, WV a daughter of the late Cecil Wayne Stull and Edith Harless Stull.

In addition to her parents, Ella was also preceded in death by her sister Priscilla Jane Nefflen and her husband George. She is survived by her brother John Stull and his wife Jean of Fairmont and several nieces and nephews.

Ella attended Mannington High School, West Virginia University and Ohio State University. She taught at East Tennessee University, Marshall University and retired from Florida Atlantic University.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside memorial service at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery on Saturday, October 19, 2024 beginning at 1:00pm with Pastor Jason Marshall officiating. Cremation was chosen as her final method of disposition. Masters Funeral Home in Mannington, WV has been placed in care of Ella’s final arrangements.
