Mr. John Joseph Spence, age 65 of Fairview, WV passed away Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at his residence. He was born July 18, 1959 in Fairmont, WV, a son of the late John Spence Sr. and Thelma Mae Toland Spence.

He is survived by his son Joseph Spence of New Port Richey, FL and his two sisters, Joyce and Carla Spence of Mannington. He also leaves behind his bonus daughter, Angel Tillman of New Port Richey, FL, girlfriend Shelia of Fairview, and life-long friend Mary Carol Holman of Fairmont.

In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by two sisters, Freda and Carol Spence, and his brother Roy Spence all of Mannington.

John will be remembered as the world's best mechanic to his friends, family, and loved ones. His care-free spirit will be missed as he rides off in the sunset!

There will be no funeral home services as cremation has been chosen as the final method of disposition. Masters Funeral Home in Mannington, WV has been placed in care of the final arrangements.

Joyce and Carla, My thoughts and Prayers are with you both. I always felt safe living where I grew up because Johnny always looked out for me and my girls. I always felt like he was a protector of Michael addition, hes deff missed in Rachel, he's going to be missed.
