Lena Regina Martin Roberts, age 85 of Fairmont, WV passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at her residence. She was born August 29, 1937 in Wyatt, WV a daughter of the late Leonard Calvin Martin and Audrey Mae Eddy Martin.
She is survived by two children, Robert Matheny of York, PA and Gina (Terry) Parker of Farmington, WV, 11 grandchildren, Courtney Boyd, Dustin Parker, Sarah Martinez, Jamie Richardson, Julie Waters, David Trujillo, Brett Matheny, Virgil Matheny, Vanessa Matheny, Von Joshua Matheny and Bethany Matheny, 11 great-grandchildren, Samuel Martinez, Joseph Martinez, Jax Martinez, Haley Boyd, Carlie Boyd, Raleigh Boyd, Kahlil Johnson, Brianna Johnson, Jasper Matheny, Lycinia Waters and Dahanie Waters, and several nieces and nephews. Lena is also survived by her companion of the last 20 years, Robert “Tough Man” Dudash.
In addition to her parents, Lena was preceded in death by her husband James Willis Roberts, one grandchild Dominic Martinez, and two brothers, Terry Dale Martin and James Calvin Martin.
Lena was a Protestant by Faith who enjoyed watching humming birds and wildlife. She also enjoyed playing Scrabble and going to the cabin in Franklin.
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington, WV on Thursday, May 18, 2023 from 10:00am to 12:00pm with funeral services beginning at 12:00pm with Pastor Everett Palmer officiating. Interment will follow at the Wyatt Cemetery.

Jeanie was a very special woman, I grew up with her grandson and granddaughter Dustin and Courtney. Those kids loved their Mam-poo more than anything, she hung the stars. My condolences, and my prayers are with her family.

Oh gosh I'm in shock..I have thought about you the past couple weeks and was going to come see you..how I'm going to miss the beautiful Christmas card I got from you every year and your note you always wrote inside it..I guess with you here I still had connection with my family that had past..but I know your happy now and your at peace and for sure your walking the streets of gold ..but I'll miss you and think of you every Christmas when I go to the mailbox..live you forever and always

I loved Jeanie. She was my first employer at the plantation restaurant. She was such a kind and sweet lady. She was so good to me and I never forgot her kindness. You will be missed fly high with the angels
