
Maxine Louise Stull, age 81 of Mods Run, Mannington, WV passed away on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center. She was born March 7, 1940 in Wetzel Co., WV, a daughter of the late Samuel Stout and Ruby Dye Stout.
She is survived by her daughter, Connie Pollock and husband Anthony of Mods Run; a son-in-law, Tim Russell of Mods Run; four granddaughters, Hanna Pollock, Samantha Pollock, Bailie Russell and Gracie Russell; five siblings, Joe and Diane Stout of Cameron, Berl and Karen Stout of Moundsville, Ann and Richard Stull of Mohan’s Run, Furman “Bub” and Ruby Stout of Mannington, and Charles Stout of Mannington; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her husband Chester Ronald Stull who died October 29, 2008; a daughter, Rhonda Russell; one sister and three brothers, Pauline Toothman, Dale Stout, Paul Junior Stout, and Willard Stout, and two siblings that died in infancy.
Maxine took great pride in her grandchildren and she enjoyed watching “Hot Top 20 Countdown” with Hanna every Sunday! She also enjoyed her dog “Peanut”, watching soap operas and the “Price is Right” television shows, and going on long car rides. She was always a stay-at-home mother.
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St. in Mannington on Monday, September 27, 2021 from 10:00am – 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1pm with Pastor Larry Watson officiating.
