I remember Nellie from FEB, always dressed elegantly and hair done beautifully. I had the opportunity to reminisce with her as I drove her for a hair appointment when my sister Amie was not available. My condolences on the loss of this sweet lady.

So very sorry to learn of Nellie's passing. She was a such a wonderful person and I was lucky to serve with the First Exchange Bank with her helping to run things the right way. The same with the Dr. Phoebie Moore Trust Fund to help the Mannington High School Library and now Mannington Middle School. Always great to run into her out and about. A joy to talk to her.
