Peter Paul Berdovich III, age 65 of Wadestown, WV passed away Wednesday, August 14th, 2024 at Monongalia General Hospital in Morgantown. He was born March 9, 1959 in Marion County, West Virginia, the son of Bertha Jane Cain Berdovich of Hundred and the late Peter Paul “Sonny” Berdovich II.
He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Lorie Lowry Berdovich of Wadestown, his son Peter Berdovich IV, 6 step-sons, Phil Rutan of Carolina, Eli Marietta of Rachel, Justin Marietta of Fairmont, Kenneth Watson of Four States, Joshua Watson of Wadestown, and Randy Yoders of Pittsburgh, PA, two step-daughters, Lorilee Wilson of Fairmont and Ashley Yoders of Wadestown, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his father, Pete was preceded in death by his daughter Ashley Berdovich.
Pete worked as a contractor in general construction as well as an underground miner at Blacksville #2. He was Veteran of the United States Marine Corp who enjoyed boating, fishing and painting.
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington, WV on Monday, August 19th, 2024 from 1-4:00pm. There will be no funeral services as cremation has been chosen as the final method of disposition. Masters Funeral Home has been placed in cared of the final arrangements.
