Terry P. Brewer, age 71 of Massillon, Ohio quietly passed from this life on Saturday, June 25, 2022 after a traumatic illness. He was the son of the late Neva R. Brewer of Mannington and the late Paul D. Brewer of Dover, Ohio. He was also preceded in death by his mother-in-law Katherine “Katy” Soptelean, a sister-in-law Darlene Litman, and nephew Jeremy Wagner.
Terry is survived by his wife and soulmate, Wanda Brewer of over 55 years, a son Terry (Lisa) Brewer of North Lawrence, Ohio, a granddaughter Emily, a grandson, Cody and fiancée Laura, a brother Kevin (Glenda) Brewer of Mannington, a sister Vickie (Terry) Starsick of Mannington, three sisters-in-law, Patricia (Jerry) Wagner, Bonnie (Richard) Clark and Mary Lou Masters, many nieces and nephews and his lifetime friend Danny Litman.
Terry loved his family with his whole heart and soul. He enjoyed coming to West Virginia to help his brother Kevin work on several home projects, have family dinners and loved making extra special trips back to watch his three nephews play football, baseball and basketball. He loved coming home to us in West Virginia as much as he loved his immediate family in Ohio. He was his grandchildren’s and nephews' biggest sports fan. He was so proud and deeply loved his entire family.
Big brother, you will forever be missed. For now, we will carry you and all of our memories deep inside our hearts…until we meet again. I hope you are playing your guitar and singing to the Angels. At last, you are at peace, no more pain, no more struggles...just peace!!
