Dear Toothman Family,
What fond memories we have of Brother Bill! He was a selfless, Spirit-filled, servant leader who loved the Lord with all his heart! The six years (1981-1987) that we served together at Calvary Baptist Church in Mannington was some of the sweetest years of my 45 years of ministry. He was patient with a young pastor who often had more zeal than knowledge. He taught me so many life lessons by example and by personal conversation.
If every church had members like Bill and Joyce, they would be blessed in deed. He was a dear brother and our time together last year (2022) at the Spring Revival at Rivesville Baptist was so precious. I thank God for his life and testimony! He as a modern day Epaphroditus (Philippians 2:25-30) that I greatly loved and deeply appreciated. We look forward to spending eternity in heaven with him and many others from Calvary Baptist in Mannington.
Even so come Lord Jesus,
