William Thomas “Tom” Moore, age 70 of Wallace, WV passed away suddenly Thursday, January 23, 2025 at his residence. He was born March 4, 1954 in Fairmont, WV a son of the late Byrd Moore and Edith Jackson Moore.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years Barbara Ann Jones Moore, his three children, Danielle Marie Martin and companion Tracy McCoy of Wyatt, Michael Shawn Collett and wife Crystal of Margarette, and Andrea Jarvis and husband Hanger of Margarette, 5 grandchildren, Michael Collett, Shawnah Rouse, Christopher Collett, Rachelle Jarvis and Dominick Jarvis, and 11 great-grandchildren, Kaydence, Camden, Kade, Blaine, Jocelynn, Gavin, Aurora, Laylee, Herman, Killian, and Rowon. Tom is also survived by his sister Rosemary (George) Sigrist of Baltimore, MD, his brother Jim (Alice) Moore of Margarette, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Tom was preceded in death by three sisters, Carol, Susan and Maryln, and his brother Ross.

Tom was a TV Technician for 35 years having worked for Thompsons and Floyd Construction in Barrackville. He then went into business from himself Tom’s TV & Taxidermy.

There will no funeral visitation or funeral services as cremation has been chosen as the final method of disposition. Masters Funeral Home in Mannington has been placed in care of the final arrangements.

Prayers to Barbara and family. Tom was one of the nicest men we’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. Have known him along time, since Tom’s TV. He will be sadly missed.
